The Security Guard (unarmed) is responsible for patrolling our public areas and assisting guests when necessary.
Continuous Patrol and monitoring of cars in the parking lot; ensuring that overnight guests have parking.
Delivering daily newspapers and check-out receipts to all guest rooms.
Maintaining organization in the lobby and reporting all illicit behavior to the proper authorities.
Delivery guestroom supplies to guests per requests.
Removing trash from lobby when appropriate.
Cleaning any debris and mess from parking lot and lobby during security hours.
Constant monitoring of parking lot, stairwells, and hall corridors.
Reporting maintenance and housekeeping problems to appropriate departments.
Nightly reporting in the form of a security log.
Delivering special request items such as cribs to guest rooms.
Picking up trash from parking lot and garden areas.
Listening and responding to guests requests or complaints.
