Doormen are responsible for greeting guests as they arrive or depart the hotel, as well as assisting bellmen.
• Being an immediate contact for guests as they arrive.
• Offering impeccable customer service.
• Listening and responding to guest request and complaints and advising accordingly.
• Maintaining cleanliness of point of arrival for all guests.
• Responding to requests from guests for assistance and information with the local area (e.g. directions, place to eat).
