Bellmen are responsible for attending to guests as they arrive and depart the hotel with the loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Being an immediate point of contact for guests as they arrive.
• Loading and unloading luggage for guests and assisting guests to their rooms.
• Listening and responding to guests requests or complaints and advising accordingly.
• Responding to requests from guests for assistance and information with the local area (e.g. directions, places to eat).
• Advising front desk of guests arrival.
• Maintaining cleanliness of point of arrival for all guests.
